JEFF SUSA

Principal

A real estate expert for over 37 years, Jeff Susa began his real estate career in 1979. Just two years later, in 1981, he became one of the youngest brokers to hold a license in the state of California. He began syndicating properties to acquire apartments and small commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley and naturally expanded into building larger shopping centers and multi-story office buildings in addition to his work in syndication.

In 1986, Jeff made the move to Las Vegas where he continued to expand his career and hone his expertise, focusing on syndicating, building properties and undertaking larger scale projects, including shopping centers, mini-storage facilities, apartments, single-family homes and office buildings. A visionary in his field, Jeff has also participated in the design of several award-winning properties.

Jeff is experienced in all aspects of commercial development, from the negotiations and acquisitions of land purchases to the construction and completion of a final product. Utilizing his extensive management knowledge, Jeff has supervised the development and management of more than $1 billion dollars worth of retail, office, residential and multi-family space in Nevada and California. The hallmark of an expert businessman committed to displaying the highest level of integrity, Jeff focuses on long-term investor relationships, the result of which has led to his involvement in numerous multi-million dollar transactions.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown children as well as traveling, flying and golfing. Giving back to his community has always been a primary focus for Jeff, who also served as the Co-chairman of the National Kidney Foundation golf tournament for numerous years.

TANNER SUSA

Real Estate Associate and Director of Marketing

The son of RAM Principal Jeff Susa, Tanner has been involved in myriad aspects of commercial real estate from a young age. Licensed in the state of Nevada and California, including a Nevada property management permit and with knowledge on a variety of real estate subjects, Tanner is focused on leading RAM into the digital age with intuitive marketing.

Tanner is a graduate of Chapman University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in History. Away from the office, Tanner enjoys all forms of physical activity, traveling, being outdoors, reading and lending a helping hand to the less fortunate.

KATHRYN COOPER

Executive Manager

As RAM’s Executive Manager, Kathryn is responsible for assisting with all aspects of financing for existing and new commercial developments, including land loans and construction loans. Kathryn is in charge of the company’s accounting for large Commercial Class “A” Properties. A veteran team member, Kathryn’s background in the construction industry goes back more than 35 years and she has worked with Jeff Susa for more than 13 years. Before joining RAM, she served as an HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO for a major Southern Nevada home builder. Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company, including payroll and employee benefits. A California transplant, Kathryn has lived in Las Vegas for more than 24 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. A dedicated public servant, Kathryn served as a mentor and fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and her running team raised more than $200,000 for the organization. Kathryn also holds a Masters Degree in Exercise and Physiology.

DANIEL LOERA, JR.

Senior Associate and Development Consultant

Daniel Loera, Jr. has over 25 years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate development and construction market. Raised in a family of business owners and contractors, Daniel is an entrepreneur and consultant, with experience in all facets of management, business and commerce. A bay-area California native, Daniel moved to Las Vegas in 1991, serving as the Director of Government Affairs for Breslin Builders and Impact Development until 2004. Seeing the dynamic growth potential in Las Vegas during this time, Daniel also owned and operated two retail and service companies, a retail telecom line, as well as a multi-location mini-storage company. Joining the Real Estate Asset Management firm in 2007, Daniel continues to build on his 20-plus year business relationship with firm owner and broker, Jeff Susa. As a development consultant for the firm and a Nevada real estate agent, Daniel is responsible for overseeing the leasing, development, entitlements & construction management of a nearly 1 million square-foot portfolio. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys Major League baseball, theatre, travel, classic cars and spending time with his family.
